Dorothy and OKAY.com exceeded my expectations in my search for a new flat. The whole process was very organized and quick. (We negotiated the price and signed the lease agreement on the same day as viewing the flat.) Dorothy was very professional and responsive and was not afraid to bargain down the price on my behalf. Dorothy also prepared a handover report and helped transfer the utilities to my name as part of her services. I will recommend her to all my friends.

Amelia listened carefully to my family's requirements and quickly delivered a short-list of entirely appropriate properties. Throughout the process, she was proactive and responsive, and was also kind enough to offer advice when asked on numerous occasions. 110% professional, and I am bench-marking against a small handful of agents that I spoke to in HK, and in other major global cities to which I have moved over the last 25 years. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!
