I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

We worked with Rosa McCann to find a suitable apartment to rent in Hong Kong. We greatly appreciated her professionalism, as well as her profound knowledge of the Hong Kong real estate market, her “antenna” for the client’s needs and her valuable contacts. The communication was perfect throughout the whole process, the apartment offers were selected according to our priorities and the apartment viewings were flawlessly prepared.
