We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Sayaka even we had very limited time, she was always resourceful with updated market situation for our flat hunting(letting). Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time!
