I can not say enough about Tammy and her professionalism and customer focus. She took full ownership of a difficult process and it would not have happened without her. There were significant last minute issues over the weekend with multiple parties involved in getting everything sorted and Tammy took full control. I was out of the country and really depended on her for everything. She worked tirelessly to make all sides happy with the transaction. Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. I’d recommend to anyone moving to get in touch with Cathrin!
