I have engaged Kim’s services on multiple occasions over many years to help with finding new rentals of various forms in Clear Water Bay, and more recently relocating back to Hong Kong Island. Lala helped me navigate the process (which was new to me), calmed my nerves and negotiated a fabulous deal for me. She has been incredibly attentive and has gone above and beyond by assisting with negotiations with lawyers, meeting me to sign the lease, collect the stamped tenancy agreement, apply for insurance, check all appliances were working, and the list goes on. I highly recommend Lala and would use her again!
