Within a few hours, she had put together a good list of properties for me to view in the Hong Kong Gold Coast area. I chose the flat that I liked, and Cindy proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements with the landlord. Cindy was great and ensured that I was able to move as quickly as possible, and also managed to get me a small discount. As my accommodation is paid by my company, I then had Cindy deal directly with my company's HR manager, who was also very impressed with Cindy’s professionalism and has since used Cindy to secure various homes for our newly arrived expat staff. I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity.
