She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there. I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units. She was always super responsive and very proactive about letting me know what I should do or consider.

I was very happy to have Jayde as my letting agent. The whole process from offer to the final signing of the tenancy agreement went very smoothly and even when we came up against a few stumbling blocks, Jayde was very helpful and quick in coming up with solutions which worked for both me the landlord and the tenants. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!
