We have been extremely impressed with the way Stephanie has handled the marketing and promotion of our house in Clearwater Bay. Stephanie kept us in the loop with updates on client visits and feedback both from her clients and with her own creative ideas as to how we could improve the property for future tenants. With an extremely efficient and courteous approach. we felt Stephanie made the house a priority and offered first class attention to detail and client service. Following a fallow period using other agents, Stephanie and OKAY.com generated a high footfall of potential clients and we found excellent tenants in a short period of time. She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt!
