I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat. Amelia also organised the transfer of utilities to my name which was another huge help in the run-up to moving day. I have been in my new place for a week now and am very happy here. I met with Dorothy twice to look for a flat in Hong Kong. I found her to be very organized and helpful. Both times I was given a list of the properties that were to be viewed outlining the property features. I found this quite useful as it's easy to forget what each property offered after viewing so many! After finding a flat I liked (even though above my budget) Dorothy told me she would help to get me the flat within my price budget as she knew how much I liked it. Dorothy spoke to the Landlord and after 2 days the flat was mine! She helped with many questions throughout the contract signing process and helped setup all the utilities.
