I arrived in Hong Kong to have a first look at our new life ahead, not having a clue about anything, and was so lucky to have Stephanie showing me around for the whole week. To me, she has been my first friend in this big exciting city not only showing me housing but really helping me on so many levels - locations, supermarkets, schooling etc. Her expertise and knowledge as a true Hong Konger but also as a mother has made my relocation with my family so easy and fun. I am forever grateful for all the time she spend, the care she took, the sympathy she has shown and the apartment and new home we have found. Ingrid was really friendly, professional, and trustworthy from the start. She was able to show flats on very little notice and as a result, we were able to find a dream flat. She was also very effective at helping us negotiate the price by suggesting we include our photos and write a short biography. As a result, we were able to agree on a great offer. She also made sure that the flat was in great condition, and was able to spot things that needed addressing with the landlord. Thanks to her everything was sorted in time for our move. In addition, she managed to secure one week rent-free for us and gave us a wonderful gift on our moving day. We would definitely recommend Ingrid to anyone looking for a flat in Hong Kong, and will definitely use her services again in the future!
