Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! She’s flexible and always adapts the viewing schedule based on feedback. She never wasted our time to show us apartments she knows we won’t like.

She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there.
