I write to thank OKAY.com, but, more specifically, Helena Lau for her hard work in helping me find my first rental property in Hong Kong. Knowing that positive feedback is often forgotten, I would like to recommend Helena for the patience and professionalism that she showed at all times. I would like to add that the positive experience I enjoyed with OKAY.com includes having its staff answer emails and calls promptly, and Helena's 24/7 availability in arranging and solving matters, even after signing the lease contract e.g. setting up utility contracts, arranging handyman service, locksmith etc. Extended service like this makes me want to recommend OKAY.com even more!

We worked with Rosa McCann to find a suitable apartment to rent in Hong Kong. We greatly appreciated her professionalism, as well as her profound knowledge of the Hong Kong real estate market, her “antenna” for the client’s needs and her valuable contacts. The communication was perfect throughout the whole process, the apartment offers were selected according to our priorities and the apartment viewings were flawlessly prepared. This has reduced the difficult and stressful moments of looking for an apartment to a minimum. The professional service is one thing - the other is the pleasant, cheerful and open manner of Rosa which made working with her a true pleasure. We can highly recommend Rosa McCann!

Sonam was very helpful and patient with our house search. We had a set of criteria which she adhered to while recommending options. We saw her positive and ‘never give up’ attitude as she showed us many apartments and did not stop until we found the right fit for us. She also gave good tips on how to get by in the city. Wishing her great success!
