If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. Would just like to give commendation to her assistance with our house search. Given how challenging it is in looking for a new house, what with our busy schedules and having a very active little girl as well, Ingrid really made it seamless by providing us organized tours of our prospects, accommodating us on our time, and doing the liaising with the landlords on our behalf in terms of negotiations on pricing, as well as providing inputs on what needs fixing and such. We surely wouldn't have been able to do it in such an easy and timely fashion without her help, so we would like to give thanks to her and to OKAY for the OKAY services. And did I say she is great with kids as well? Again, thank you and will not hesitate to recommend her services in the future!

We honestly couldn’t be happier with Kitty’s support. She is by far the best real estate agent I have had the pleasure of meeting in Hong Kong. This is the 2nd property she has found us, but she has also found at least half a dozen of my friends their properties.
