Colin represented the best of rental agents. From the start, he was careful to discern our requirements and showed us what we wanted. He sensitively intervened and protected us from aggressive agents and worked collaboratively with others. His empathy, clarity and professionalism meant that we did not want or need any other agent. When the deal was done, his excellent after sale service setting up all utilities and services meant we had no worries about moving in from day 1. I've worked with Ruby many times and can say in all honesty you won't find a better agent in HK in my opinion. She is highly informed, experienced, organized and effective.
