Jayde from OKAY.com went out of her way, even in out of office hours, to ensure I found the apartment I was looking for. She was professional, knowledgeable and helpful at all stages of the process. I highly recommend Jayde and OKAY.com if you are looking for a smooth, friendly and efficient service in what can be a bit of a minefield.

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.

Tommy was amazing. He clearly understood what we were looking for so didn’t waste our time showing us apartments that didn’t fit our criteria.He actively looked for alternatives when the initial apartment didn’t work for us and quickly found us our new home. Thanks Tommy.
