Chan's Garden 陳園

I arrived in HK only 2 months ago and needed to find somewhere that is close to work (in Wanchai) and would be a peaceful sanctuary when I return home from a busy day. This seemed an impossible task; but in the short space of a couple of weeks, Dorothy Poon sussed out my personal preferences and requirements. He understood what we wanted, not just sell any old place. He was proactive in making a recommendation to us and helped us identify a flat early before others saw it. He liaised well with the landlord. He is friendly and no nonsense.
