Tommy was excellent. One of the best customer facing people I have engaged with. This started when we were introduced while I was in Singapore. He answered my questions promptly, even on weekends. He took time to explain the process and really listened to my criteria on what I was looking for. Each apartment he showed me matched my specifications. I can't recommend Flo and OKAY.com enough. Moving in HK is difficult enough with the fast pace of the market and the worry that your agent might not have your best interests at heart. Flo has renewed my faith in property agents! Not only did she pay extra attention to my brief and what I wanted, she also gave me good advice. Everything was organised to a tee and she was flexible on schedules—which is so important when you work a tough day job with long hours. Flo also knew the particulars of each flat. She was also instrumental in helping me secure my flat when I knew I wanted it, advising me on how best to handle the negotiation, and helping alleviate all the stresses of moving once we did secure it. She was always two steps ahead of me in knowing what I needed and I can’t thank her enough. For the peace of mind through the process and the new home I’m happily getting settled into, she earned every penny of her fee, and I will 100% be looking to work with her again!

Shirley is incredibly hard working and responds to messages promptly and seemingly around the clock - as I live in London. Once I gave her my criteria, she immediately sent over several listings that were suitable. When I told her I was interested in the Cullinan West apartments, she went there and took dozens of high-quality photographs and sent them to me the next day. I met Shirley in person on a trip to HK in January. She was friendly, professional and had a good sense of humour as well. Each flat she showed me was perfect but unfortunately I am not able to move to Hk until July. I am confident Shirely will be able to find the perfect home for me and my family when the time comes.
