Anil is very detailed oriented and spent time to understand my specific needs and my background rather than just showing me whatever apartments available. He also provided many his personal experiences in the area we are looking and helped a lot in the final negotiation with landlord.

I am very pleased with the help from Shirley. She is very nice, incredibly hard working and responds to messages promptly. She is always well prepared on the choices according to my preference. We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.
