He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help.
