Dear Josephine, You have been a godsend agent to us. Thank you for the clear communication right at the beginning and working with our schedule, Paris time, HK time. As soon as we touched down, you have organised a few flats for viewing. We really appreciate the care you took to listen to us. I have never come across an agent so organised as you, you always come prepared. When we stubbornly narrowed our focus on the Repulse Bay towers, you delivered to us the perfect property at the right time!

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
