This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. Third time lucky!! i am not sure if I could have found anyone else to be this patient as an agent in HK. Thank you Andrea. I am really enjoying my stay in the new place. We want to pass our gratitude to Kim for her wonderful assistance in securing a rental property for my family. We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way. We will be sure to recommend her to any friends/colleagues that may relocate to Hong Kong and will also reach out to my HR team to recommend her services for internal transfers to Hong Kong.

It was a pleasure working with Jayde to let my apartment, she was brilliant and efficient meaning a contract was signed and tenants moved in within a week of the initial viewing.
