Martina was amazing! She adapted to the realities of looking for a flat during Covid and when someone moving to Hk has to do 2 weeks of quarantine first. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, so much so that I ended up taking the first flat she showed me! Impressive. I'll definitely be using Martina again should I need to move and will be recommending her to anyone looking for an agent in the future.

When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings. Well…comes out that thanks to her we found the apartment that met all our needs in Mid-Levels with also an amazing landlord. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
