It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations. Dorothy provided a great end to end service in us finding suitable accommodation. The engagement started before even we relocated to HK, with her giving us handy tips on what to expect on the ground. The process of inspecting potential sites also went smoothly;Dorothy always providing honest feedback through a customer based lens, and keeping in mind what our requirements were. Equally important was her role as the conduit between ourselves and the property owners at the final stages.
