I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there. I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units. She was always super responsive and very proactive about letting me know what I should do or consider.
