Louise Garnaut

Louise has happily called Hong Kong home for many years. Her in depth local knowledge and rich experience gained through living here enables her to quickly and fully grasp the needs of newcomers and established residents in both the leasing and sales markets and provide informed and insightful assistance.

Louise is familiar with neighbourhoods on Hong Kong Island as well as Kowloon and Sai Kung district and with newcomers in particular she is able to assist them with understanding what each area has to offer and how that could best fit with their own requirements.

A mother of 2, she understands the needs of raising a family and the education system in Hong Kong on a personal level in addition to having worked with many clients who are facing schooling and lifestyle choices and she is pleased to share from these experiences with relocating families.

Louise is committed to finding the perfect home for her clients based on matching a thorough understanding of their lifestyle and requirements with what housing is available in the local market. Louise is keen on healthy living and enjoys yoga, gardening, hiking & focus on maintaining a low waste lifestyle! Since 2010 she has served on the committee of the volunteer organisation Adoptive Families of Hong Kong (AFHK) whose mission is to support all who are touched by adoption in Hong Kong. She was the Chairperson for over 7 years and is currently the Secretary.

Louise is fluent in English and Italian.
