Biography
As Director of Real Estate at OKAY.com, Letizia brings over 14 years of residential real estate experience to her role in overseeing and managing sales operations within the organization, in addition to forging key partnerships at OKAY.com with developers and corporate partners.
Having lived in Hong Kong for over 17 years, Letizia is a proud resident of the city. Prior to joining OKAY.com in 2020, Letizia led the residential division at Colliers International for several years and expanded the department’s footprint into first-hand sales, secondary sales, high-end leasing and tenancy management. Her Hong Kong real estate career started in 2009 when she launched the Hong Kong Sotheby’s International Realty Leasing and Sales divisions. During her tenure, she grew one of the city’s largest teams of international agents and channeled the company into a highly visible and market-leading luxury real estate brand.
Letizia was born and raised on the coast of Southern Italy and moved to Switzerland with her family at an early age. There, she completed her education in interior design, where her passion for real estate began. After graduation, she worked for four years at UBS in Zurich, followed by three years with a property developer in Aruba. Fluent in five languages and a passionate advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, Letizia plays a prominent role in many of the European Chambers of Commerce and is involved in a variety of NGOs in Hong Kong. She is a loving wife and mother to her husband and two children and manages a delicate balance of modern woman and traditional Italian home maker.
