Biography

Having spent more than 10 years living and studying in the UK, Kevin's adventure in the property industry began in London in 2012. Upon his graduation from university, he established himself as a successful entrepreneur, founding companies in various industries, including education, retail and property investment.

Kevin has years of experience in property investment, with a background within lettings, residential sales and new homes. He believes that the fundamentals of estate agency is to listen to the clients’ needs which come first and foremost. To provide his clients with the best bespoke solutions, he always relies on his empathy, creativity and analytical skills, making their journey in renting, selling and purchasing happy and stress-free.

Born and raised on Hong Kong Island, he knows most of the area inside out and is a strong resource for all your enquiries. He enjoys meeting clients from all walks of life and treasures the opportunity to build friendships with them.

Outside of working, Kevin has many interests, including cooking, wine tasting, vipassana meditation, interior design and pottery, to name a few. He is also a keen marathon runner and tennis player.
