Biography
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chris Yiu has a Doctorate degree in Civil Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Prior to joining OKAY.com, he worked for nearly 10 years with a world-renowned consultancy and was involved in residential projects with the largest Hong Kong developers, namely Cheung Kong, Wheelock and Sino Group.
Chris has an in-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong property market from both a sales and leasing perspective. With up-to-date information and a deep understanding on how the layout of a flat is established, he comfortably works in all areas of Hong Kong, in particular Hong Kong lsland and Tseung Kwan O (TKO).
He highly values his relationships with his clients and will never give up searching until their perfect home is identified and secured.
Chris speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin. He is a proactive and optimistic person. He loves playing football and basketball and also watching matches. Chris enjoys spending his free time with his young family.
