22 September 2014 - Chinachem Group plans to launch its brand new luxury development “Eden Gate” at Ede Road in Kowloon Tong in early October. The project is comprised of 44 apartments and 3 houses. The first batch will consist of 30 standard unit apartments, and prices will be released in due course.
There are 40 standard units sized between 1,260 to 1,575 sq. ft. (saleable) and 4 duplex units sized at 2,379 to 3,058 sq. ft. (saleable) as well as 3 houses sized between 2,847 to 3,241 sq. ft.. In addition, another Chinachem project which will provide over 120 luxury flats at Inverness Road in Kowloon Tong is also set to be launched in November.
