Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past. Once again I was impressed by the quality of tenants, speed and professionalism of Jayde’s service, with another agreement signed within a day of viewing. Cindy has been helpful from start to finish. She helped us arranged the transfer of our utilities to our new place and helped contact the landlord with small issues. Very close follow-ups, Kiara seemed to come across as very personable without being too overpowering. Even though the deal did not materialize, the experience was still overwhemingly positive.
