After briefing Jayde on our specific criteria, she was quick to show us places that – to our pleasant surprise - matched what we were looking for. We con-currently put in offers on the second and third places Jayde showed us, and were impressed with he professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the fact that Jayde rigorously negotiated both apartments, even though the agency structure for one of the apartments meant her fee would be considerably reduced. She still put our best interests first. The settlement process and apartment move were also smooth as Jayde ensured all aspects were thought of and addressed. Jayde from OKAY.com was recommended to us and with her help we were able to obtain a suitable apartment to rent within the first few weeks of arriving in Hong Kong. After listening to our requirements, we were provided with a summary of our potential selections based on Jayde's recommendations and were taken to see each apartment at a time that suited us. The apartment we settled on was not even in our selection but Jayde knew its potential and encouraged us to view. As such we are now happily settling into our new home that is more spacious than we were expecting and in a neighbourhood that has all we need close by.
