Cindy really went out of her way to make sure we got the accommodation we wanted. She certainly went way beyond the call of duty on so many fronts and was exceptionally helpful, thoughtful and professional. She has been an absolute star!!

Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! My wife and I had been searching for 4 months for a property using a variety of agents. We wish we had found Jayde earlier as she understood immediately what was important to us. We really appreciated Jayde's upbeat personality, and every effort to find a solution to even the smallest of problems. For example, she offered to measure out every room of our chosen unit, and mark with tape where our furniture could be. How amazing is that?! We hope to work with Jayde again in the future.
