We had a fantastic experience with Kiara, she listens well and is detail oriented, very efficient, so the level of professionalism was what stood out about our experience working with Kiara. She was able to find us our home in a very short time, and did more than she needed to with regards to the process of negotiation, checking of apartment and handover. We were very satisfied with OKAY because of her.

I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

Fantastic & well organised team in DB. They understood my requirements and matched them precisely with a beautiful new home !! I can highly recommend these guys with their well motivated and positive staff. They will certainly be my first choice in the future ! Great job guys and thanks for my family’s new home !!
