TREGUNTER is a complex of three residential towers situated in a relatively elevated area nestled among most of the prime properties of Mid-levels. This residence has long been popular among celebrities and the wealthy. Tower 1 and 2 were designed by Chung Wah Nan Architects and completed in 1981, and have 33 and 32 floors, respectively. There are two units per floor with 130 units in total. Typical unit sizes range from saleable areas of 2,330 sq.ft. to 2,559 sq.ft., with some duplex units on the top floor. All units feature a balcony. Designed by Rocco Design Architects, Tower 3 was completed in 1993, 12 years after Tower 1 and 2. It stands significantly taller than the first two buildings, soaring 66-stories high. Tregunter Tower 3 held the distinction of being the world's tallest all-residential building from 1993 until 2001. It has 187 units in total with four units per floor. Simplex units occupy the 50th/F or below, while duplex and special units are located on floor 51 and above. Saleable sizes range from 1,547 sq. ft. to the largest duplex unit at 6,507 sq.ft. The three towers share common facilities, highly regarded as among the most comprehensive in the area, including clubhouse, tennis court, swimming pool and many others.
