Working with Ruby is always productive and always a pleasure. She quickly understands needs and requirements after a short briefing and then goes into action! She has great market insight and intelligence, and stays in touch with regular updates. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
