Tommy went above and beyond to help me find a place that genuinely had the things that I was looking for. He was a great communicator in listening to my requirements, and he was very responsive to my questions. Tommy supported my move and additional requests and provided an excellent level of service meeting me close to work and genuinely making things as easy as possible for me. I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see.
