Kathy is a very warm, thoughtful and highly professional real estate agent. She got all our requirements and matched the properties we visited quickly and efficiently. She's very responsive and kept in touch while we were travelling, ensuring all negotiations and documentations were handled on time. My husband and I highly recommend Kathy for any real estate needs in Hong Kong.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
