I conveyed my expectations and desires for an apartment and Ning was able to quickly organize a viewing tour. With her wide contacts I received a shortlist of apartments on a link which I could express my preliminary interest. Post which she quickly secured apartment viewing within a couple of days. During each viewing, she provided her impartial comments about the pros and cons of the apartment. It was evident that her goal was to ensure the apartment was a great fit for me. Once I’d decided on the unit she went an extra mile to achieve a fair price as well as sort out the other details such as water and electricity for me. If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity.
