Cindy was the first agent to respond to me after I had made several enquiries via a few property websites. Within a few hours, she had put together a good list of properties for me to view in the Hong Kong Gold Coast area. I chose the flat that I liked, and Cindy proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements with the landlord. Cindy was great and ensured that I was able to move as quickly as possible, and also managed to get me a small discount. As my accommodation is paid by my company, I then had Cindy deal directly with my company's HR manager, who was also very impressed with Cindy’s professionalism and has since used Cindy to secure various homes for our newly arrived expat staff. Carment was friendly and so quick to respond to every and any query or request I had. He was ultra helpful when it came to searching for the perfect place for my dog, and made the effort to send a picture of my dog to any possible landlords in advance to be transparent for both parties.
