I met with Dorothy twice to look for a flat in Hong Kong. I found her to be very organized and helpful. Both times I was given a list of the properties that were to be viewed outlining the property features. I found this quite useful as it's easy to forget what each property offered after viewing so many! After finding a flat I liked (even though above my budget) Dorothy told me she would help to get me the flat within my price budget as she knew how much I liked it. Dorothy spoke to the Landlord and after 2 days the flat was mine! She helped with many questions throughout the contract signing process and helped setup all the utilities. Dorothy was a real pro from the outset and we could not have been more pleased with her skills as an agent. She found us a great apartment and we were certainly not the easiest clients to deal with. We had a lot of expectations that were soon crushed after looking at over 20 apartments with other agents who did not listen to our needs and showed us places that were of no interest or out of our price range. Dorothy is a very intuitive agent, as well as a very warm and charming person, and she knew right away which places to show us.
