I arrived in Hong Kong to have a first look at our new life ahead, not having a clue about anything, and was so lucky to have Stephanie showing me around for the whole week. To me, she has been my first friend in this big exciting city not only showing me housing but really helping me on so many levels - locations, supermarkets, schooling etc. Her expertise and knowledge as a true Hong Konger but also as a mother has made my relocation with my family so easy and fun. I am forever grateful for all the time she spend, the care she took, the sympathy she has shown and the apartment and new home we have found. Often local (non Central agents) cannot compete in these key areas. I met Lala YEUNG at the flat almost by accident and liked her direct and refreshing manner. Cindy LI briefly also in your office and found her friendly and helpful. I do feel that Helena LAU on account of her direct role was the star performer where she was able to display an almost intuitive talent for firstly quick thinking on her feet with good descriptive prose and secondly breathing new life into a deal that was all but dead! The ability to ‘pivot’ and turn a negative situation around is an instinctive to a rare few. Attention to detail in the documentation and RVD notification without prompting and stage by stage notifications were all good. The rental achieved is a minor element in this mildly euphoric testimonial.
