Cathrin was a very attentive and thoughtful agent who helped us with our move to DB. She had selected plenty of appropriate properties for our budget, was flexible with our viewing times and was prepared for each viewing. She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer. I appreciated her ability to communicate via Whatsapp regularly during our research and viewings; and she supported us with the final handover, particularly with regard to the utilities. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!
