Phenomenal service, forthcoming and truly caring even though we only took up an inexpensive rental flat, she was there every step of the way and did the extra mile whenever opportunity arose like for i stance to let the first furniture delivery in when we were not yet as we were still stick in our old place. she received our delivery in the new flat as we couldn’t make it. she follows up with all parties and her responses are prompt and helpful. really a great experience and we will sure come back to her.

When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings. Well…comes out that thanks to her we found the apartment that met all our needs in Mid-Levels with also an amazing landlord. Ning was a fabulous agent with her friendly and professional service, taking the time to understand our needs while sharing her insights on each of the residential areas. She helped us to really focus in our search to the right buildings that would suit our needs and have the neighbourhood character that we desired. All the way through the process she was very attentive, responsive and very engaging. We will certainly be looking to work with her again in any future move!
