I arrived in HK only 2 months ago and needed to find somewhere that is close to work (in Wanchai) and would be a peaceful sanctuary when I return home from a busy day. This seemed an impossible task; but in the short space of a couple of weeks, Dorothy Poon sussed out my personal preferences and requirements. Shirley has re-defined the HK estate agent experience for us. She is knowledgeable, driven and easy to work with. She has helped us find an amazing flat and has assisted with all aspects of moving house. Even scheduling the gas man, switching our electric and water and hooking us up with the quickest internet installation we have ever seen. She is always responsive and eager to help any way she can. It has been a pleasure having her as our agent and will contact her next time we move.
