During the house search, his well-connected network opened doors which would not otherwise be possible, which allowed me to get informed first-hand whenever a new listing arose. This is now the third property we've worked on with Dorothy since moving to Hong Kong 5 years ago. Dorothy is excellent. She goes above and beyond to help out her clients. For example, in our last place, she was extremely helpful in coordinating and resolving any issues between us and the landlord over the course of our tenancy. Dorothy is extremely efficient as well, she is always very prompt and clear in her communications, and whenever we need anything, she is always extremely accommodating. Finally, Dorothy is also very nice and pleasant to be around and has a great personality. So all in all, we are extremely happy and grateful for our interactions with Dorothy; she has made house/apartment hunting a relatively stress-free activity for us over the years.

Shirley has been incredible with all her hard work and I have not met an agent that has managed to bargain such a great rate for an apartment with 20% off from market. She has been updating me and been very thorough in finding me the right apartment that suits my needs even in challenging times like now. I am so grateful with her help:)
