My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Fortunately for us Sonam knew exactly what we were looking for and proactively showed us an apartment that we immediately loved. We have our flat up for sale for quite a while until Shirley came to help. She managed to close out the deal efficiently and at a reasonably good price to our satisfaction. I trust she is an ideal agent anyone would want to have her service in the property market.

Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods. Would certainly recommend Ning to others and would also seek her out in the future where we need an agent.
