Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! Carment was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with. He was very transparent and forthcoming throughout the whole process, including when it came to negotiating the rent and fees with the landlord. I would highly recommend Carment in the future.
