A friend recommended Jayde as we desperately needed a new apartment to cater to our growing family, and were unable to find anything suitable on-line. After briefing Jayde on our specific criteria, she was quick to show us places that – to our pleasant surprise - matched what we were looking for. We con-currently put in offers on the second and third places Jayde showed us, and were impressed with he professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the fact that Jayde rigorously negotiated both apartments, even though the agency structure for one of the apartments meant her fee would be considerably reduced. I’ve moved almost a dozen times in my life (many times internationally), and I’ve never had such a fun or smooth experience in arranging a place to live. Jayde’s knowledge of Hong Kong, her flexible, hard-working and upbeat personality and experience in the various paperwork involved in securing accommodations make her an invaluable asset to any apartment or house hunt in Hong Kong. I was first contacted by Dorothy in 2019 when we had originally intended to relocate to Hong Kong from Sweden. Due to the challenging environment in 2020 our relocation was postponed to 2021.
