I write to thank OKAY.com, but, more specifically, Helena Lau for her hard work in helping me find my first rental property in Hong Kong. Knowing that positive feedback is often forgotten, I would like to recommend Helena for the patience and professionalism that she showed at all times. I would like to add that the positive experience I enjoyed with OKAY.com includes having its staff answer emails and calls promptly, and Helena's 24/7 availability in arranging and solving matters, even after signing the lease contract e.g. setting up utility contracts, arranging handyman service, locksmith etc. Extended service like this makes me want to recommend OKAY.com even more!

We have been extremely impressed with the way Stephanie has handled the marketing and promotion of our house in Clearwater Bay. Stephanie kept us in the loop with updates on client visits and feedback both from her clients and with her own creative ideas as to how we could improve the property for future tenants. With an extremely efficient and courteous approach. we felt Stephanie made the house a priority and offered first class attention to detail and client service. Carment was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with. He was very transparent and forthcoming throughout the whole process, including when it came to negotiating the rent and fees with the landlord. I would highly recommend Carment in the future.
