Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. Shirley is absolutely the best agent possible to help you find a home in Hong Kong. She’s extremely knowledgeable, knows the business inside out. She knew what we wanted and provided a selection of flats that fitted our standards so we didn’t have to waste time viewing too many flats. She’s good at negotiation. She’s a great problem solver. We had some small issues and she solved them with good attitude. She’s very capable in many ways. We can’t thank her enough for getting us our dream home in Hong kong.

Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it.
